Capabilities and Equipment

Our current equipment includes one horizontal machining center, two vertical machining centers (with rotary indexing capability), one single spindle lathe, and one twin spindle lathe, as well as  one Wera RM 80 Profilator and  one Wera RM 120 Profilator.  We have production sawing capability in house, as well as various manual support equipment. 

We are capable of turning parts between centers of up to 17”, with an 8” maximum outside diameter.  Our horizontal machining center has a 32 tool carousel and a 400mm, 2 – pallet changer.  This allows us to machine complex geometries, from multiple angles.  The pallet system allows us to quickly change from job to job, meeting customer needs quickly and efficiently.  We are able to machine parts up to 25" x 16" x 24" in our vertical machining centers. 

Our Wera Profilators allows us to produce high precision OD splines, face gears and castelations, and a variety of polygon shapes. We have extensive experience in machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, a variety of plastics, copper, brass and bronze.

All machining and turning is programmed using  MasterCAM version  8.1.
