History

MDC was incorporated on July 1, 1999.  Our production facility began operation in January of 2000. Also in  2000, we became a member of the National Tooling & Machining Association. We have grown steadily since we began operations, expanding our facilities in 2001 and achieving an average growth of 50% per year for the first several years.  In 2003 we added a full second shift to our manufacturing operations in order maintain our pace of growth with our existing assets.  Our business has grown equally from increased business from existing customers as well as through the addition of new customers.  As our business has matured, we have focused on controlling our pace of growth in order to maintain the highest levels of customer service and part quality, typically exceeding our customers expectations in these critical categories.  By maintaining these core values, we expect to continue to grow at our current pace for the next several years.
