Ratchet gears

These high end ratchet gears were produced in our Wera Profilator.  This technology utilizes carbide indexable tooling to generate OD Splines and gear shapes.  For these products, MDC developed the insert form for several different hand tool customers.  For the finest tooth product, we generate the major diameter of the gear as well as the tooth form, providing our customer with virtually zero runout between these features.  This is critical to this product design and allows our customer to deliver an extremely  high quality part to the end user.
