Timing Belt Pulley

This is a standard synchronous belt form that we produce in our Wera Profilator.  This technology utilizes carbide indexable tooling to generate OD Splines and gear shapes.  For this product, MDC developed the insert form for an automotive customer.  We currently produce a number of timing belt pulleys using the inserts that we developed.  We have the capability of developing insert forms for any number of spline-type applications.
